Healing the World

I was asked to write an article for the WE ARE ONE WORLD HEALING BLOG, at

world healing meditation - for the benefit of all people and the planet
itself.

We need to join together to make sure we are helping the environment,
underprivileged countries, children and each other. The change has to begin

Beyond this world healing initiative, the TherapeuticReiki.com website is
definitely one to check out and has a lot of wonderful Reiki energy healing
information on it.

For those who don't know me; I am Jennifer Mannion and I have healed myself of several chronic illnesses and chronic pain by applying The Law of Attraction to my life. I have a site that focuses on how I did this and offers resources for others who are trying to self-heal.

I have learned a lot about The Law of Attraction and about people who are actively applying it to their lives while getting my website up and running. I was told to reach out to sites that some people might find "my competitors" and instead see how we can help each other. I have been met with such warmth and kindness and want to thank all the people who have made me feel so welcome.

I have come across a lot of people who are trying to change the world and the direction it is going. www.rethos.com will be a new social networking site (like myspace)DEDICATED to changing the world. It launches September 1, 2007.

Luckily we have celebrities that are using their power with the general public to help tons of causes that need help. Oprah Winfrey, Bono, Bill & Melinda Gates, Angelina Jolie and MANY more are making sure that people are aware that the world needs to shift its attention now. We need to join together to make sure we are helping the environment, underprivileged countries, children and each other. The change has to begin within. We can be the change.

I have received such wonderful emails from people that have read my e-book. They say they hear my words in their heads when they are getting down or feeling ill and it helps them. For me - there is no greater gift. I knew after seeing The Secret I had to pursue other Law of Attraction materials to heal myself just as I know now I want to help others to self-heal.

While ill I visited a lot of forums with people dependent on painkillers and who had given up all hope on getting better because their doctors told them they wouldn't heal. I feel so fortunate that I did not believe my doctors and was always searching for ways to not become dependent on pain pills and to heal. I became aware that the WAY I was seeing myself was influencing WHO I was and I needed to change my focus and believe I could heal to start to heal. The results have been amazing and I am now healthier than I have been in over 10 years.

I believe each of us has abilities that we can use to help others. What is yours?
